This document outlines pricing for Chat Premium Plan, Chat Ultimate Plan, and related value-added services for Apps using the Global Data Center - North America.
Activation
Once your credit card is bound to the account, you can activate RC Chat Premium or Ultimate Plan via ticket. Billing starts immediately upon activation.
Pricing structure
Your monthly fee includes:

Note: Dedicated Cloud service incurs additional monthly fees.
RC supports up to 2 million Daily Downstream Messages per App by default, meeting basic internet business needs.
For Apps exceeding 2 million daily messages, contact RC to deploy Dedicated Cloud service. Additional monthly fees apply. Contact us by creating a ticket for pricing details.
Monthly Peak DAU tiers
For Apps with Daily Downstream Messages ≤ 2 million, billing is based on Monthly Peak DAU tiers.

For every additional 10,000 DAU beyond 10,000, the monthly fee increases by $ 800 for Premium Plan and $ 1,100 for Ultimate Plan.

Billing period
Billing starts immediately upon service activation. Accounts are settled at 24:00 on the last day of each month. Bills are generated at 24:00 on the first day of the following month, and fees are deducted.
If your account is in arrears (negative balance), you need to replenish the balance and pay the arrears within 7 days.
Warning: Services will be suspended if arrears exceed 7 days. To ensure smooth business operations, we recommend prepaying for 3 months or more. For details, contact us by creating a ticket.

Allows setting specific message types as low priority, supports up to 20 message types. Low priority messages are discarded first when server load is high ↩︎
Includes Chatroom User Allowlist and Chatroom Message Allowlist functions. Chatroom User Allowlist protects important users in specified chatrooms. Chatroom Message Allowlist protects specified message types across all chatrooms in the App ↩︎
