Issue 1: Error when fetching conversation list data, such as error codes 25101 or 25102
Error 25101 occurs because the current SDK version is too low, and it returns the wrong error code. It should actually return 25102, indicating that Cloud Storage for One-to-One and Group Messages is not enabled. To resolve this, go to RC Console > Configuration > Chat settings > Chat pricing plans to enable the service. It will take effect in about 15 minutes after activation.
Issue 2: How many conversations can be stored, and for how long?
There’s no time limit for storing conversation list data, but there’s a cap of 1,000 conversations. If you create more than 1,000 conversations, only the latest 1,000 will be returned.
Issue 3: If I delete a pinned conversation and recreate it, will it remain pinned?
The pinned status won’t be lost even if the conversation is deleted. When you recreate the conversation, it will retain its previous pinned status.
