Message sent successfully, but recipient can’t receive it?

Overview

Once the client sends a message, the server delivers it to the receiver.

Solution

  1. Data is isolated by App Keys. Make sure the sender’s and receiver’s App Keys match.
  2. Confirm the receiver has successfully established a connection to receive the message.
