Tracking user deactivation and activation

When a user is deactivated or reactivated, the result is sent to your app server. This allows you to track the status and outcome of individual or batch operations.

After a deactivation is initiated, the server provides the result via callback within 15 minutes. The IM server sends an instant callback notification when a user ID is reactivated, or when a deactivation or activation action is repeated.

You can enable this feature on the Basic Features page in the Console by turning on User Deactivation and Activation Status Callback.
