Why aren't my broadcast messages in the message history?

How it works

Even if you have Cloud storage for one-to-one and group messages enabled, broadcast messages are not saved to the message history by default. To save broadcast messages, go to Console > Basic features. Make sure you’ve selected the correct app and environment (Dev or Prod). Then, turn on the Broadcast message storage service. The feature will take up to 15 minutes to take effect, and only messages sent after it’s enabled will be saved.
