Troubleshooting missing messages

Check these steps:

  1. Verify if the {targetId} and {conversationType} are correct
  2. Ensure the {AppKey} for both sender and receiver user
  3. Was the message sent successfully by the sender? If yes, print the info in the success callback to provide data for submitting a ticket
  4. If B doesn’t receive the message, check if receiver’s {connection} is successful
  5. For {group messages}, confirm if it’s a {group targeted message}
