Check these steps:
- Verify if the {targetId} and {conversationType} are correct
- Ensure the {AppKey} for both sender and receiver user
- Was the message sent successfully by the sender? If yes, print the info in the success callback to provide data for submitting a ticket
- If B doesn’t receive the message, check if receiver’s {connection} is successful
- For {group messages}, confirm if it’s a {group targeted message}
