Why is there no callback for Server API message delivery after enabling message routing? Why isn’t the Server API message routed?

  • Feature description: By default, messages sent via the Server API won’t be routed to the customer application server. After enabling this feature, you can use the Post-messaging Callback to sync all messages to the customer application server.
    Prerequisite: You need to enable the Post-messaging callback feature in the console first.

  • How to enable: Go to the basic features page in the developer console. Verify the app name and environment (development / production), then click Enable.
