RC offers cloud-based message storage for apps. Use the client SDK to retrieve history messages from the cloud.
Message storage duration

File storage duration
RC uploads media files (files, images, videos, etc.) from multimedia messages to its default file server.
For Chat Premium Plan and Chat Ultimate Plan, file storage duration is:
- Non-short video files: 6 months
- Short video files: 7 days
