Billing description for Chat Premium Plan and Chat Ultimate Plan (Global - Singapore Data Center)

This document outlines the billing packages for the Chat Premium Plan and Chat Ultimate Plan, including value-added services, for apps in the global data center.

Activation

Once your account meets the prepaid amount requirement, activate the Premium Plan or Ultimate Plan in the RC Developer Console. Billing starts immediately.

Your monthly fee includes:

By default, RC supports up to 2 million outgoing messages per app, meeting basic business needs.

If your app exceeds 2 million outgoing messages daily, it’s considered high-traffic. Contact us by creating a ticket for Dedicated Cloud services, which incur additional fees.

Monthly daily active user peak tiers

For apps with ≤ 2 million outgoing messages daily, billing is based on monthly daily active user peak tiers.

For every additional 10,000 DAU beyond 10,000, the monthly fee increases by $ 600 for the Premium Plan and $ 900 for the Ultimate Plan.

Push log pricing

The Ultimate Plan includes this service for free. Other IM plans are billed based on server-generated push log volume tiers. Each tier is 10 million logs. If the monthly push log volume is less than 10 million, the minimum tier fee applies.

Billing period

Billing starts immediately upon service activation. Accounts are settled at 24:00 on the last day of each month, and bills are generated at 24:00 on the first day of the following month for payment.

If your account is in arrears (negative balance), you must replenish the balance and pay the overdue amount within 7 days.

:warning: If arrears status exceeds 7 days, the system will suspend the service. To ensure smooth business operations, we recommend prepaying for at least 3 months. For details, contact us by creating a ticket.
