• Enable ultra group service
• In the production environment, only the Chat Ultimate Plan allows adjustments to Cloud Storage for Ultra Group Messages configurations.

Operation instructions

Enable it on the Console > Application Configuration > IM Service > Ultra Group Service page.

Adjust the storage duration to 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year.

Ultra group historical message storage duration can be extended up to 36 months. Contact our sales team if needed.
